1951 Daimler DB18

Daimler Barker Special Sports, body number 317, chassis number 56137, engine number 44217. Very little history known, current V5 and old buff log book with some previous owners listed. Pre select gears. Possibly on the road about 20 years ago.

Purchased as a restoration project in 2023 . The body was found to be sound and chassis in good condition. Work has been carried out on the brakes, shock absorbers, dynamo and starter motor. New stainless steel exhaust, re-chromed bumpers, overriders, front grill and screen surround and hub caps. Resprayed in navy blue and silver, new blue mohair hood . New upholstery throughout, new carpets, new tyres.
