1934 MG P-Type

1934 MG PA Restoration of this car commenced in 1976 and came to a halt in 2008 when the owner, whom was also restoring 2 other MMM cars concurrently, became unwell. All work to that point was completed to a high standard. Upon the demise of the then owner, the car remained stored in his workshop until I purchased the car earlier this year. Subsequently, I have disassembled the car and rebuilt it to it's current condition.

The car drives very well, feeling taught and well controlled, has excellent brakes and a willing engine. Every item within and without the car has been either rebuilt or renewed but there are couple of items to complete: The windscreen wiper motor is new but a few items are needed to complete the wiper system. The semaphores are not fitted since one is broken and the other needs rebuilding. The cases and wiring are present. The hood and side frames are new but need covering to complete.

The car is # 1891 and retains it's original chassis, engine and bonnet. All numbers are present including the dumb iron knuckle, bonnet hinge and body number under the scuttle.

I am more than happy to provide as much information as needed but experience tells me that genuinely interested parties always call for a chat.
