La sua storia racconta che è stata consegnata nuova dalla fabbrica alla famosa concessionaria Brumos Porsche di Jacksonville, in Florida, leggenda del motorsport targato Porsche e frequentata da facoltosi clienti e Vip americani.

Prima di arrivare in Italia alla fine degli anni 80 ha viaggiato sulle strade della Florida e della California, guidata forse da qualche pilota famoso o celebrità del cinema? non è stato possibile saperlo. Il resto è una storia unica ed incredibile.

Immatricolata con targhe italiane è pronta da passaggio o per l'esportazione.

La 356 Roadster è considerata l'evoluzione della versione Speedster.

Mantiene le caratteristiche originali introdotte nell'ottobre del 1954: carrozzeria più sportiva e leggera, parabrezza ribassato, cruscotto ad hoc, capote essenziale e assenza di insonorizzazione. Tuttavia, rispetto alle Speedster, risulta più comoda da guidare grazie ai sedili imbottiti e ai finestrini in vetro ascendenti.

Prodotta in 2180 esemplari contro i 4144 della Speedster fra la fine del 1959 e l'inizio del 1961 dalla carrozzeria Drauz su base carrozzeria modello B, in continuità alla versione Convertible D (su carrozzeria del modello A), la Roadster è fra le 356 più ambite, poco conosciuta anche dagli amanti del marchio Porsche, uno straordinario pezzo da collezione.

The car has covered only 500 km in 36 years! An incredible fact, and fully documented.

It is in concours condition, as shown in the accompanying photos (which were taken recently).

A complete, expert-level restoration was carried out by a renowned specialist in Porsche 356s.

Its history reveals that it was delivered new from the factory to the famous Brumos Porsche dealership in Jacksonville, Florida, a legend in the world of Porsche motorsport, frequented by wealthy clients and American celebrities.

Before arriving in Italy in the late 1980s, it was driven on the roads of Florida and California; was it perhaps driven by a famous racing driver or a movie star? That remains a mystery. The rest of its story is truly unique and incredible.

Registered with Italian plates, it is ready for transfer or export.

Comes with Kardex, Porsche Certificate of Origin, ASI and CRS certificates.

A partial trade-in is considered, preferably a pre-2007 Porsche.

The 356 Roadster is considered the evolution of the Speedster version. It retains the original features introduced in October 1954: a sportier and lighter body, a lowered windshield, a custom dashboard, a lightweight soft top, and no soundproofing. However, it is more comfortable to drive thanks to its padded seats and ascending glass windows.

Produced in 2,180 units compared to the Speedster's 4,144 between late 1959 and early 1961 by Drauz, based on the Model B body, a continuation of the Convertible D version (based on the Model A body), the Roadster is among the most sought-after 356s, little known even by Porsche enthusiasts, and an extraordinary collector's item.
