Presenting this stunning Ford Mustang Mk1, in remarkable condition! A full ground-up restoration/ rebuild, cherry-picking the best parts to build the ultimate Mustang. The shell was chosen for its incredible condition, receiving a complete bare-metal respray in Highland Green in 2013. This example has been brought up to spec with a 5-speed Tremec manual gearbox and a thunderous 350bhp 5-litre Ford crate engine!

This example started life as a straight 6 car with a 3-speed manual. The car had lived a life in America and had completed around 68, 000 miles before it was then selected for its shell, being in excellent original condition. It was then exported to Dubai, being taken back to bare metal and receiving a full and well-documented restoration/ rebuild into its current specification. In 2016, its current owner imported the car into the UK, where it received regular servicing to ensure it was kept in the best possible condition. This example came to us in late 2025, receiving a new clutch and fuel tank to prepare the car for sale.

This classic Mustang offers a unique experience with a more modern V8 wrapped in 1960s American style. As you approach the car, you notice the shine of the Highland Green exterior and American racing alloys, a tribute to Steve McQueen’s Bullet GT fastback. You note the condition of the badges and brightwork, displaying excellently. Stepping into the driver's seat, you are met by a lovely contrast of bright chrome trim against the dark vinyl seats, carpet and dashboard. The light wood rim on the chrome steering wheel stands out from the rest of the interior, and you sit comfortably on period-style seats. All the upholstery was replaced to original specification as part of the 2013 restoration, displaying as if it just rolled off the production line. You pull the solid American door shut with a satisfying clunk and notice more modern dials, displaying clearly. The mechanical gear lever is angled eagerly towards you, not looking out of place in something more industrial. Your attention is brought to the road ahead and the long Forest Green bonnet out front. With a twist of the key, the thunderous 5-litre engine fires into life. The cabin is immediately filled with the visceral vibrations and thunderous roar of the engine. This is not your average engine; rebuilt from a more modern block, it now makes 350bhp. First gear is engaged, the firm clutch is released, and the car trembles forward. The power-assisted steering is light, allowing the car to be directed effortlessly. The soft suspension helps dampen out the road, allowing you to glide effortlessly along highways and motorways at great speed with the engine growling away up front.

This car has some additional features, with double wishbone front suspension with adjustable TCP control arms and traditional leaf springs and modern dampers at the rear, for better road holding. This car also features ABS single-piston calipers, power-assisted steering and A/ C. The wheels are American Racing alloys wrapped in Michelin Energy Saver X Green, in excellent condition.

The car comes with a spare wheel, 3 boxes of spare parts, a fire extinguisher, as well as a huge paperwork file of invoices and parts information.
