Now is your chance to buy a real jewel! A 1968 Maserati Mistral in Celeste Chiaro over black leather interior. The Mistral was a two-seater sports car, with only 968 copies produced. Only 8 are registered in Sweden, and just 3 have the 4000 engine. Worldwide, prices range from 165,000 to 239,000 EUR or more, depending on condition. Very few Mistrals are available for sale.

The last owner has owned the car since 1997, for 28 years. It is listed as Swedish sold, model year 1968, but registered new in Sweden in 1975. Most likely, the car has been used as an advertising or display car at a Maserati dealer.

The Maserati Mistral is named after the cold northern wind of southern France. It was the first of many iconic models inspired by wind, followed by the Ghibli and Levante. Designed by Pietro Frua, the Mistral combines understated elegance with restrained aggression. It features a 3.7-liter or 4.0-liter straight-six engine, delivering 245 or 265 bhp. It is the last Maserati to feature the legendary twin-spark, double overhead cam straight-six engine, which powered the Maserati 250F to eight Grand Prix victories and a Formula 1 World Championship in 1957 with Juan Manuel Fangio.

The engine has hemispherical combustion chambers and Lucas indirect fuel injection, representing a blend of racing heritage and advanced engineering.
