1952 Mercedes-Benz 220 Cabriolet

This 1952 Mercedes-Benz 220A Cabriolet is a highly original example, a unique barn find. We are currently working to get the engine running again.

For someone looking to restore it, this is the ultimate find—this car has never been tampered with, has excellent bodywork, and is 100% complete with the factory data card. A notable detail is that no color code was listed; the description reads "grau vor-lackiert," which could indicate that the color was ultimately chosen by the first owner after delivery.

The vehicle features a manual transmission, metallic paint, fog lights, soft top, and interior with leather upholstery in red. It has rear seat, tires with white sidewalls, bumper rosettes, transparent sun visors, and European bumpers. The interior includes a Becker radio and sun visors.

Specifications include a 4-speed manual transmission, gasoline engine, and a body style of convertible with two doors. The exterior color is Copper Bronze Metallic, and the interior is red leather.

VIN # 18701209399 (220Acab40), chassis # 187012-09399/52, body # 187130-0488/52.
