1997 Ford F-150 Lariat

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present the 1997 Ford F-150 Lariat, a true example of the highly desired OBS (Old Body Style). These Ford trucks continue to climb in popularity among collectors and enthusiasts alike. This F-150 Lariat is in remarkably good condition and represents an opportunity to own a clean, unmodified piece of 1990s Ford heritage.

The exterior is finished in a sharp red paint that is paired perfectly with the medium prairie tan interior. This color combination complements the truck's iconic square-body styling. Its straight body lines and classic proportions are enhanced by a paint-matched hard locking bed cover, giving the truck a cohesive and refined look while also adding secure, functional storage.

Under the hood, this F-150 Lariat is powered by the legendary 5.8L V8 engine, known for its strong low-end torque, durability, and unmistakable Ford V8 character. Paired with a smooth 4R70W 4-speed automatic transmission, this drivetrain delivers dependable performance whether cruising the highway or handling daily driving duties.

Inside, you are greeted by a very well-preserved gray cloth interior that remains clean, smoke-free, and comfortable. Equipped with power windows, power locks, supportive bucket seating, and an AM/FM radio, the cabin maintains its original charm while offering everyday convenience.

This 1997 Ford F-150 Lariat is a good blend of reliability, originality, and classic 90s truck appeal.
