1966 Ford Mustang

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this 1966 Ford Mustang. The aggressive stance and timeless styling make this pony car one that is sure to stand out whether cruising to the grocery store or in a contest at a local car show.

Sporting a sharp Ford Race Red exterior accented by a pair of bold white racing stripes, this classic Mustang screams American muscle the moment you lay eyes on it.

Under the hood sits the legendary 289 CI V8 engine paired with a smooth C3 automatic transmission. This combination provides smooth, consistent power with the Ford V8 hum enthusiasts love. This Mustang offers the kind of driving experience that made the first-generation Mustangs legendary.

Inside, you are greeted by a black leather interior with a wood-accented dash and steering wheel that add a touch of style to this iconic American muscle car. The Pony interior package remains one of the most sought-after interior designs for classic Mustangs and complements the Ford Race Red exterior beautifully. Power steering and power brakes add convenience, giving you a modern feel along with classic Mustang power. The gentle rumble of the engine harmonizes with your favorite tunes playing through the AM/FM radio, making every drive better than the last.

This 1966 Ford Mustang is more than just a car; it's an experience. From the moment you slide behind the wheel, you'll feel the connection to a bygone era of style and performance.
