This 1953 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup is a beautifully executed custom build combining classic Chevrolet truck styling with modern performance, comfort, and drivability. Built between 2017 and 2023, this unique short-bed pickup features a Code 504 chassis, S-10 chassis conversion, and a Chevrolet 327 crate engine delivering modern reliability with timeless vintage appeal.

Finished in a clean white exterior with a custom brown leather interior, this 3100 showcases the perfect balance between traditional hot rod craftsmanship and updated street performance. The classic 1953 truck body is complemented by a 1949 Chevrolet chopped cab, including the windshield and rear glass, creating a distinctive custom appearance that sets this truck apart.

The exterior retains the character of Chevrolet's Advance Design trucks while adding custom touches. American Racing 15-inch wheels provide a classic performance look, and the chopped cab with carefully finished details gives this pickup an aggressive yet refined stance.

Inside, the custom brown leather bucket seats create a comfortable and stylish cabin. The interior features a Lokar floor shifter, an Ididit chrome adjustable steering column, and Bear Claw door latches, combining vintage personality with modern upgrades.

Power comes from a Chevrolet 327ci crate engine producing approximately 330 horsepower, paired with a rebuilt Turbo 350 automatic transmission with a 2,500 RPM stall converter. Patriot headers and a custom 2¼-inch exhaust system provide improved performance and an aggressive V8 sound. Power steering, an electric fuel pump, and an aluminum radiator make this truck enjoyable and dependable for cruising.

The custom S-10 chassis offers improved handling and ride quality, with upgraded braking and fuel systems for modern reliability. The build includes a new 16-gallon fuel tank, accessible master cylinder compartment, and other upgraded components, reflecting attention to detail throughout.

This 1953 Chevrolet 3100 is a standout custom truck that offers classic styling, modern performance, and quality craftsmanship. Whether displayed at shows or enjoyed on weekend cruises, this professionally built restomod delivers the best of both worlds.
