1996 Chevrolet Corvette

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present a 1996 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe, one of America's most iconic sports cars.

Finished in timeless Sebring Silver Metallic with a matching gray leather interior, this vehicle is sure to turn heads. The sleek exterior complements the Corvette's aggressive, aerodynamic styling. The removable one-piece targa top offers the flexibility to enjoy open-air driving while maintaining the refined look and structural rigidity of a coupe.

Powered by the legendary 5.7L LT1 V8, this Corvette delivers impressive performance, sound, and driving experience that made the C4 generation a classic. It is paired with a smooth-shifting 700R4 automatic transmission, making it ideal for long trips or cruising around town.

The 5.7-liter LT1 V8 provides strong acceleration and the distinctive rumble enthusiasts love. Combined with the Corvette's lightweight design, independent suspension, and near 50/50 weight distribution, it offers a driving experience that remains impressive even by today's standards.

This rear-wheel-drive vehicle sends power exclusively to the back wheels, enhancing acceleration and handling. Four-wheel disc brakes improve safety and stopping power, providing shorter braking distances.

The 1996 model year is significant as the final year of the C4 Corvette, making it especially desirable among collectors and enthusiasts. It represents the culmination of years of refinement, offering improved reliability, exceptional handling, and classic styling that has aged remarkably well.

This vehicle is available for viewing with over 200 HD pictures and an HD video at gatewayclassiccars.com. It is located at the Chicago Showroom, 1329 Commerce Drive, Crete, IL 60417.
