1954 Kaiser Darrin

Make: Kaiser

Model: Darrin

Color: White

Interior Color: Black

This 1954 Kaiser Darrin is a highly original example that would benefit from a straightforward restoration. It is white with a black interior and has just come out of long-term ownership and storage. You can turn it into a weekend driver with little effort or fully restore it to your heart's desire. The car has a lot of potential and comes complete and intact.

It is not currently running, as it has been off the road for several years. It's not every day you come across a Kaiser Darrin in unrestored original condition. This is your chance to own a unique automotive legend.

Beyond its sweeping profile and heart-shaped grille, the fiberglass-bodied Darrin is famous for its pocket doors that disappear into the front fenders on sliding tracks. Only 435 of these stunning cars were built, all sold as 1954 models, making them both rare and desirable.

One of just 435 produced in its single year of production, this car features innovative and epic automotive styling and unmistakable pocket doors. It is an excellent original car to restore and a rare, desirable legend of 1950s motoring.
