1967 Chevrolet Camaro

1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible – Black on Black Restomod

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible combines the timeless styling of Chevrolet's first-generation pony car with carefully selected performance and comfort upgrades. Finished in sleek black with a matching black leather interior and black power convertible top, this Camaro is powered by a rebuilt 350ci V8 paired with a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission, making it an outstanding cruiser with modern drivability.

Introduced for the 1967 model year, the Chevrolet Camaro was GM's answer to the wildly successful Ford Mustang. Designed to compete in the rapidly growing pony car market, the Camaro quickly established its own identity with aggressive styling, outstanding performance, and nearly endless customization options. Today, the first-generation Camaro remains one of the most desirable American muscle cars ever built.

The mirror-like black exterior is accented by the iconic hideaway headlights, brilliant chrome trim, chrome wheels, and a black power convertible top with a matching tonneau cover. Its aggressive stance and timeless styling ensure this Camaro commands attention everywhere it goes.

Inside, the Camaro features a beautifully appointed new black leather interior that perfectly complements its exterior. The upgraded Kenwood AM/FM stereo provides modern audio while maintaining a clean appearance, creating a comfortable cabin for cruising with the top up or down.

Power comes from a 350ci V8 rebuilt in 2024, delivering dependable performance and classic small-block Chevrolet power. The engine is backed by a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission, allowing relaxed highway cruising. Additional upgrades include power steering, power brakes with four-wheel disc brakes, and subframe connectors that improve chassis rigidity and handling, making this Camaro as enjoyable to drive as it is to admire.

Whether you're looking for a weekend cruiser, local show car, or an iconic American convertible, this beautifully upgraded 1967 Camaro delivers classic muscle car styling with modern reliability and performance.
