1962 Chevrolet Impala

1962 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport, an iconic piece of Chevrolet performance history that combines timeless styling with exceptional drivability. This is a true SS car that has retained its authentic Super Sport pedigree.

While it is no longer equipped with its original numbers-matching engine, it is powered by a period-correct 1962 engine, preserving the car's era-correct character. It features a full custom side exit exhaust with Hooker manifold-style headers (not long tubes), new rear shocks, and new brakes.

This Impala has also received a full professional ceramic coating, protecting the paint, chrome, glass, wheels, and exterior surfaces while providing a deep, lasting gloss that showcases the car's exceptional presentation.

Mechanically, this Super Sport is a great-running, great-driving example that starts with ease, cruises comfortably, and is ready to be enjoyed immediately. Whether headed to a local cruise night, a national show, or out for a weekend drive, it delivers the experience that has made the 1962 Impala SS one of the most sought-after Chevrolets of its era.

With its genuine Super Sport heritage, a unique 1961 SS center console, and outstanding cosmetic presentation enhanced by a full ceramic coating, this 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS represents an outstanding opportunity to own one of Chevrolet's most recognizable and enduring American classics.
