1928 Rolls-Royce 20HP with Landaulette coachwork Park Ward & Co.
Chassis Number GLW14. This delightful motorcar was owned by the same family for forty years and its present owner has enjoyed it for the last five years, continuing to lavish the same car and attention to her. The coachwork is finished with black wings and dark blue side panels with a black leather roof. The interior is trimmed in blue leather that is in lovely condition. It is fitted with two occasional seats for extra passengers, a drinks cabinet and many other correct period features. Contained in the running boards is a very impressive small tool kit and on the other side is the large tool kit. The car is in very good condition throughout and has a very quiet and sweet running engine. On the road she offers the owner a very pleasing driving experience. Before the war it was the property of Lord Salisbury, a personal friend of Sir Winston Churchill. In latter years it appeared in series two of the original series of The Darling Buds of May as Pop Larkins car. This is a lovely 20HP with some exquisite details and would gace any serious collection.
