This Jaguar E-Type Series 2 Cabriolet is a true icon and offers a unique opportunity for collectors and classic car enthusiasts. This vehicle was restored in 1999 and served as the official promotional vehicle for the legendary Austin Powers film ‘The Spy Who Shagged Me’. It is one of only two examples that were specially built for the film’s promotional campaign. This exclusive status is supported by an original letter from the film company.
Under the bonnet of this Jaguar E-Type is the powerful 4.2-litre six-cylinder engine, coupled to a manual four-speed gearbox.
With its striking Union Jack paintwork, this Jaguar is an absolute eye-catcher. The exterior is perfectly complemented by a red soft top and a stylish two-tone interior in red and blue. The interior not only exudes luxury, but also offers a nostalgic retro look that fits in perfectly with the theme of the film. The Jaguar is also equipped with chrome wire wheels and a wooden sports steering wheel. The interior and paintwork show signs of wear here and there.
