Beschrijving

Built in 1945 by Chevrolet Canada to a standardised pattern called CMP (Canadian Military Pattern).

Available in various models, this truck is one of the very last production 3 ton airportable type with the number 13 cab.

Postwar service was with the Norwegian Army, who are very known amongst collectors to have kept them in very good condition. Winter white paint can still be seen in various places.

Bought by the owner from BAIV in Holland and serviced by Mike Jetten. The service included cylinder head de-coke, new brakes and tyres all round.

The speedometer shows very little mileage which is believed to be genuine.

The "Stovebolt" six cylinder engine is running sweetly and ready for it's next adventure, perfect for D-Day anniversaries and historic events.
