Beschrijving

Few cars mark the beginning of an era quite like the Honda N360. Introduced in 1967, it was among the very first passenger cars built by Honda, bringing the company's motorcycle-bred engineering to the Japanese kei car class.

This 1970 example is the Station Wagon version (LN360), a configuration produced in far smaller numbers than the traditional saloon and increasingly sought after in the growing international market for classic Japanese cars (JDM).

It retains its original specification and is powered by the original 354 cc two-cylinder engine that defined Honda's first steps in the automotive world. Mechanically it is in good working order, and the original interior is well preserved and true to its factory configuration.

The car has a particular history. Bought new in Angola, it arrived in mainland Portugal in 1976. Structurally it is very solid, with no signs of corrosion, a decisive factor for this type of vehicle.

It is certified as a Vehicle of Historic Interest (VIH) in Portugal, a recognition that attests to its originality and heritage value and reinforces its appeal to collectors.

The paintwork shows wear consistent with its age, offering the next owner the opportunity to raise its presentation without compromising the authenticity of the whole.

Rarely seen on the international market and practically non-existent in Station Wagon form, this LN360 is a relevant piece of Japanese automotive history. A founding model, rare in its configuration, with steadily growing recognition among collectors.
