Remarkably beautiful Mercedes 190D, from the 1st owner with only 63000 km, with service history. A wonderful character classic which is in remarkably good condition! Under the hood is the extremely reliable and very durable 2.0 liter diesel technology, a smooth running engine with plenty of power. The body is very clean and smooth with neat paintwork. A timeless design and now an iconic status acquired. The interior is extremely fresh and obviously treated with respect. The solid seats have neat upholstery with hardly any signs of age, the dashboard and steering wheel are also neat and tidy. The car was not smoked in. The Mercedes Benz 190 series was a high quality car, which with proper treatment and regular maintenance, managed to achieve extremely high mileage. In terms of both technology and sheet metal, the W201 series was virtually indestructible. This is certainly evident from the number of examples that are still on the road daily in the Netherlands alone. Despite all initial skepticism, the 190 series turned out to be a hit: This model remained in production for eleven years. It was not until 1993 that the model was replaced by the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
