1965 BMW 1600 AUTHENTIQUE

Incomparable, this one-off piece is an incredible time capsule in a stunning original condition. This BMW 1600 example is aimed at a serious collector who knows how to spot truly rare objects. It's also surprising to drive. Its steering, engine and clutch are remarkably smooth for a car over 60 years old, representing an ideal collector's model—fun to drive, reliable and which, historically, embodies the revival and salvation of the Bavarian marque in the 1960s.

Everything is perfect. Even the clock and radio work. I wish to pass this car on to a true connoisseur, an aesthete capable of experiencing the same emotions that guided my purchase.
