1962 Volkswagen Beetle Square Window 1200

" The Golde ragtop sunroof is one of the most iconic and highly prized options found on vintage air-cooled Volkswagen Beetles. Produced by the German roof specialist Golde (based in Frankfurt), these folding vinyl/ canvas roofs defined the aesthetic of the early "Sunroof Saloon" models."

Genuine Golde model denoted by the raised section on the roof at the front / not an aftermarket fitment or welded in clip - the Real thing

Very solid example having been imported from hot US climate - reg is non transferable - matching numbers - very strong engine - had recent new oil cooler & refurbed preheater manifold - body very good/ retains some patina - nice interior - chassis very good - best colour combo of black/ red interior - Mot exempt & passed its 1st mot when registered approx 18 months ago - tax free - sale due to lack of time to enjoy it - always garaged

important note - to avoid scammers etc - purchase of the car will only be seriously discussed in person upon viewing

A Rare car indeed !
