1960 MG MGA 1600

Stunning MGA with a race-inspired 'Le Mans' look.

Mechanically in excellent condition, it's fitted with a 1600cc engine equipped with a Weber 40 DCOM carburettor and a free-flowing exhaust system. This gives it a sporty note that matches the car's appearance. An electric fan has been added to keep the engine at the right temperature in all conditions. Four-speed gearbox that works smoothly. To bring it all to a halt, the car is equipped with front disc brakes and rear drums.

The bodywork is in excellent condition, as is the chassis. No rust present. Paint in excellent condition. Several modifications have been made to give it a sporty look, such as the windscreen which has been removed to fit the two small aero-screens. The grille has been modified to accommodate a long-range headlight and the bumpers removed. A competition fuel cap, bonnet straps, etc., all contribute to this look. All removed parts come with the car.

The interior of the vehicle is original, except for the steering wheel which has been replaced with a Moto Lita wheel and the gear knob replaced with an aluminium example.

The hood frame, hood and side windows come with the car. A tonneau cover is also supplied with the car.
