The current owner has owned the vehicle since 2013. The engine is a 302, 289 block with a crankshaft with a slightly longer stroke as original 289 crankshafts are no longer available in standard size. Original cast iron cylinder heads very slightly enhanced (port deburring), valves, pushrods, roller rocker arms, camshaft, inlet manifold, carburettor, pistons, connecting rods, bearings, oil pump, gaskets, all new. The entire assembly machined and assembled with care, tuned and set up on the dyno with power output close to a period Shelby 350.

The automatic gearbox has been checked with replacement of seals and filter, the rear axle has been stripped, inspected, with replacement of bearings and oil seals. Replacement of all 4 dampers with adjustable red Koni units identical to those fitted to period Shelby 350s, replacement of front anti-roll bar bushes. The brakes have less than 7000 km, the alloy wheels are new as are all 4 tyres totalling approximately 5000 km.

The car has covered approximately 7000 km since restoration. The vehicle is equipped with two front seats in genuine leather with headrests for improved comfort and safety, the original seats will be delivered with the car and can be quickly reinstalled if required.

No additional costs are anticipated and the vehicle's MOT is valid.
