1966 Jaguar Mark 2 3.8

Selling a 1967 Jaguar Mk2 3. 8, one of the most iconic models from the British marque, equipped with the celebrated 3. 8-litre straight-six engine.

The car is in excellent overall condition and features the classic and elegant British Racing Green livery, which is particularly well-suited to the Mk2's lines.

The interior is in superb condition, beautifully preserved, as is the rest of the vehicle.

The Jaguar has had only two owners and has been maintained with great care. After a period of inactivity, it was recommissioned and returned to regular road use.

The car has been serviced, with the service valid until the end of October 2026.

This is a car I've owned for many years and to which I'm particularly attached: it was also the car I used for my wedding. Today, unfortunately, I'm able to use it far less than it deserves, and for this reason I've reluctantly decided to put it up for sale.

When we first started looking for a classic car, we actually had something quite different in mind: a smaller, simpler vehicle and probably a more practical one too. Then the opportunity came up to purchase this Jaguar Mk2 3. 8 and our plans changed rapidly. It was one of those opportunities that come along rarely, and we decided to seize it.

The Jaguar already had a particular history behind it. Originally it had been a company car for a manager, but over the years it had become much more than a mere executive vehicle: it was in fact also the family car, used and lived with as part of everyday life.

When I acquired it, after a period during which it had remained unused, I decided to restore it to the condition it deserved. The necessary work was carried out to recommission it and return it to regular use, always seeking to respect its originality and character as much as possible.

From that moment on, it also became an important part of my personal history. It was indeed the car I chose for my wedding, a memory that inevitably makes this Jaguar even more special to me.

Over the years I've looked after it carefully and I continue to appreciate its appeal every time I see it: the elegant lines of the Mk2, the 3. 8, the interior and that British Racing Green which suits it perfectly.

I would like it to pass into the hands of someone who can continue to use it, preserve it and appreciate it for what it is: not merely a 1967 Jaguar Mk2 3. 8, but a car with its own story, which for many years has been part of the life of those who owned it.
