Austin Seven Mini 1960

1960 Austin Seven Mini in superb condition. The car was first registered in Feb 1960, but is a 1959 specification, and many or the components under the bonnet are stamped 1959. Even the original glass washer bottle is present, and is highly prized by early Mini collectors.

This particular car was bought by two sisters in Blackpool.

They owned it for forty years, and only did around 15, 000 miles in that time.

It then passed to their nephew, Robin Butler, who was Baron Butler of Brockwell.

He had the car for a short while, but eventually sold it 2001 by auction.

It then passed through a few owners, and was bought by a gentleman in 2011, who had it fully restored in 2014.

During his ownership it appeared on the front cover of Mini World in 2016.

I purchased the car in 2024, and it remains in stunning condition to this day.
