1965 Dodge Polara 440

A 'muscle convertible', this restored 1965 Dodge Polara Convertible in virtually new condition features the most powerful engine in the range at the time: the 440 ** in (7. 2-liter) V8 engine delivering a whopping 380 hp. The beautiful yet understated sixties lines don't reveal the power until you step on the gas, and that is precisely the appeal of this car. The beautiful, smooth engine run emits a fierce, deep roar, after which the Dodge seems to want to slip away from under you. But relaxed cruising is, of course, also possible with this stunning convertible. Top down, driving slowly, enjoying the sunshine. And perhaps that is the most fun of all.

Interior, exterior, soft top, mechanics—basically everything on the car is in excellent condition. Come see (and especially listen to) this Dodge Polara, and we are sure you will fall for it.

The Polara was introduced for the 1960 model year as Dodge's top model in the full-size automobile segment. The model name refers to the Polaris star and capitalized on the space race in the early 1960s. From 1965 through 1970, the Polara was the only large Dodge available as a convertible in the US. The name Polara was used by Dodge until 1973.

This car has a Dutch registration.
