1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Homage 289 V8 Auto. Finished in Wimbledon White with a subtle pearlescent finish, complemented by a contrasting blue interior, this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback has been restored and tastefully styled in the spirit of the legendary Shelby GT350.

The Shelby-inspired exterior features blue Le Mans stripes and GT350 side stripes, together with a bonnet scoop, bonnet pins, Shelby-style grille with auxiliary driving lights and Cobra badging, LED rear lights, 17-inch American Racing wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres.

Under the bonnet sits a 289 V8, paired with a C4 automatic gearbox and new torque converter. Further mechanical upgrades include a new Edelbrock carburettor and aluminium radiator, while a Flowmaster dual exhaust system provides the soundtrack you would expect from a classic Mustang.

The chassis has also received a number of worthwhile upgrades, including a Shelby-style suspension drop, rack-and-pinion steering, front disc brakes and a limited-slip rear differential. The underside presents extremely well throughout, with the floors, chassis, suspension and running gear all giving a good indication of the standard to which the car has been restored and maintained.

Inside, the blue interior works beautifully against the Wimbledon White. Equipment includes front bucket seats, centre console, fold down sportsdeck rear seat, wood-rim steering wheel and upgraded white-faced instrumentation, together with additional auxiliary gauges.

The result is a particularly attractive Fastback that combines one of the most recognisable Shelby-inspired colour schemes with a number of sensible mechanical upgrades. The automatic transmission, rack-and-pinion steering and upgraded braking make it a very usable classic, while the 289 V8, limited-slip differential and Flowmaster exhaust retain plenty of traditional Mustang character.
