1953 Ferrari 250 MM

The Ferrari 250 MM is among the rarest and most significant early Ferraris: thirty-one examples built, each conceived exclusively for competition, powered by the 3. 0-litre Colombo V12 that would define the marque through to the 250 GTO.

This example carries FIVA certification and a documented period racing history of considerable standing. In 1953 and 1954 the car competed actively on the Italian circuit, recording victories at the Trieste-Opicina hillclimb and the Circuito di Reggio Calabria, and finishing fourth overall at the 1954 Mille Miglia in the hands of Clemente Biondetti — one of the most respected endurance drivers of the era. Further entries included the Targa Florio, the 12 Ore di Pescara, and the GP dell'Autodromo di Monza. The car has since participated in the Mille Miglia storica on multiple occasions, most recently in 2024.
