1958 MG MGA

Two Owners | Factory Hardtop | Original Registration

Offered for sale is this charming and highly original MG MGA 1500 Roadster, first registered on 8th April 1959 through MG London to its original owner, Nicholas Alexander of Egham, Surrey. Wonderfully, the car still proudly retains its original registration number, WXA 812, a rare and desirable feature for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

A genuine home-market example, this MGA has had just two owners from new. Acquired by its second custodian in October 2010 with the intention of undertaking a full restoration, circumstances unfortunately prevented the project from being completed, and the car is now ready for its next chapter.

Factory-specified features include disc wheels, heater, adjustable steering wheel, and the highly sought-after factory hardtop.

The vehicle appears substantially complete, presenting an exciting opportunity for an enthusiast or marque specialist to restore and return this elegant British sports car to its former glory.

Accompanying the car is a current V5 registration document along with its Heritage Certificate, confirming provenance and originality.

A rewarding restoration project and a wonderful chance to acquire an increasingly desirable MGA with excellent foundations.
