1952 Riley Rma

Final offer on Car and Classic before being sold at auction: £7, 950 to include its valuable cherished registration. The car must be taken as is, within the next three weeks please.

I have made the difficult decision to part with my cherished 1952 Riley RMA. It has been off the road for a couple of years (dry stored) and therefore requires recommissioning, but she is beautifully original in Goodwood green over ivory with a deep burgundy leather interior and walnut dashboard. She even retains the original heater unit under the dash. A delightfully unmolested and much loved car looking for a loving new custodian.

Sadly, the registration number is now worth as much if not more than the car (please see the last photograph). Whilst ideally the number would stay with the car, I have decided to offer her with or without the plate. The car with its original registration plate is £8, 950. (Now £7, 950, hoping for an early sale, as edited 2/ 10/ 26). Or you have the opportunity to purchase her with an age related plate for £5, 950. I feel that both options are very attractive to a new purchaser, especially the former, given the valuation of the registration number.

It is fair to say that the paintwork could benefit from some attention here and there, the brakes need a good service and the roof all seems sound apart from just under the rear windscreen which needs repairing.
