Since acquiring the vehicle, considerable investment has been made with respected Land Rover specialist Alex Lindsay, focusing on the areas that matter most: electrical reliability, ignition, lighting, braking and overall drivability. The extensive work carried out, including a complete rewire, electronic ignition upgrade and numerous mechanical improvements, reflects my commitment to improving the vehicle properly rather than taking shortcuts.

What I love most about this Series I is that it retains all the charm, character and authenticity of a 1950s Land Rover. Every drive is an occasion, every stop starts a conversation, and it attracts attention wherever it goes. It is a vehicle that connects you to the origins of Land Rover in a way that later models simply cannot.
