1956 Austin-Healey 100-4 BN2 Concour, Mille Miglia Eligible

The first Austin Healeys BN1 and later upgrade BN2 were purebred sports cars for enthusiasts. Lots of great engine sound, wind in your hair, reliability, low-end torque. A pure driving machine.

Specialists consider the first Healeys to be the true, purebred Healey. And the BN2 model in particular received some very important upgrades: a 4-speed gearbox, larger brakes, and a better differential. The BN2 version is very rare, with only 4, 604 cars produced.

This Healey was sold new in the US and was later imported to Denmark. It has been concour restored by a Danish specialist. Everything has been off the chassis and restored. Engine was rebuild at a later stage with new pistons, conrods, bearings, balanced. The Laycock overdrive has been renovated in the UK. The whole restoration has cost a fortune and is documented with all invoices. Since the restauration this Healey has never been driving in the rain!

Exterior colour is spruce green with a matching interior in green hand sewn leather. The exhaust is routed to the side – it sounds fantastic!
