The MG Midget TF 1954 (LHD) Well maintained rust free example of a British classic car. The car runs and changes through the gears nicely, it has been maintained as a running restoration. Even though it has historic vehicle classification I put it through an MOT most years as an independent safety check, no fails or advisories. The underside is as clean as the bodywork, any inspection welcome and my ramps are available to do so. Manufactured in the UK and shipped to the USA in 1954 it returned in 2016, I bought it off the importer in 2020. The car is very original and all the work carried out in my ownership has either maintained or restored originality. Note that I have wrapped the steering wheel to make it easier to grip but the original bakelite is there under the leather if preferred. The condition of the paint work is pretty good. The interior looks like new, it was refurbished in Arizona before being repatriated. The tyres have been changed from crossply to radial so it exhibits very good traction. The ignition has been changed to electronic but the original points are included if preferred. The chrome work shines up really well but shows signs of its age. The hood and side screen are present and correct but also show a bit of patina. I have V5C and other documentation and can supply further photos if required.

It has been doing about 1000 miles a year since I bought it, I like to drive it around Yorkshire but only on dry, sunny days. It has also been to a few car shows where it attracts plenty of attention. I have never been concerned about the LHD steering as I tend not to overtake many vehicles it makes little difference. However RHD kits (and an incredible range of reasonably priced spares) are available from Moss/ Brown&Gammon/ Octagon Car Club etc. for about £1k if required.
